FAQ
Who owns the show notes and transcripts?
You do. Everything we generate from your episodes is yours to use, edit, and publish
however you like. We claim no ownership over your content or the output we produce for you.
What does "unlimited with fair use" actually mean?
Your subscription includes unlimited episodes for normal podcasting. To keep unlimited
pricing sustainable, very heavy usage (more than about 30 hours of audio in a calendar
month) may be queued to the next month or moved to a custom plan — we always notify you
first and never add surprise charges. A daily hour-long show fits comfortably under this.
Do I have to upload files or pick which episodes to process?
No. You paste your RSS feed once. Every new episode is picked up and processed
automatically — you never upload audio and never spend credits choosing episodes.
What don't you support (yet)?
The launch version does not handle private or password-protected feeds, episodes over
four hours, video, translations, team seats, publishing back to your host, or a public API.
Those are on the roadmap after launch.
Can I really try it before paying?
Yes. Your first episode is processed free, without a credit card, so you can see the
real output on your own show before you decide.
